At Green Lighting Wholesale, INC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every fixture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return authorization request with your order number and reason for return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
